Ashkelon Women’s Group Explores Tools for Calming the Mind

That same day, the Ashkelon women’s group met with Yulia Zatulovsky, professional coach and trauma specialist, for a conversation about how the brain responds to danger and stress. Participants learned to recognize automatic reactions, “negotiate” with their brain’s alarm system, and gently transform fear into calmness and stability.

The session was an open and supportive dialogue, filled with personal stories and shared reflections. Many participants described it as a meeting that brought relief, strength, and a renewed sense that they are not alone.
